Příběh vypráví o sedmi sestrách, které se v určitých archetypech pohybují ve vyprahlé krajině neznámého světa, debatují spolu v jazyce plném novotvarů a přežívají v pospolitosti v environmentálně hroutícím se světě. Zásadním pilířem této publikace je spolupráce oslavující polyfonii hlasů. Autorský text vytvořila Marie Tučková, kresby a kolorované akvarely jsou dílem Kristiny Fingerlandové. Publikace vznikla díky finanční podpoře Společnosti Jindřicha Chalupeckého. Grafika Terezie Štindlová.

Marie Tučková je absolventkou Ateliéru fotografie I UMPRUM a Dutch Art Institute Art Praxis. Pracuje v médiích textu, performance, skladby, videa, kresby a instalace. Ve své tvorbě zkoumá politiku naslouchání, hierarchii hlasů, polyfonii, různé formy spolupráce a překrývání politického a básnického jazyka. Upozorňuje na souvislost mezi vykořisťováním přírody a ženskými těly. Je držitelkou Ceny Jindřicha Chalupeckého za rok 2020.

Kristina Fingerlandová je absolventkou Ateliéru ilustrace a grafiky UMPRUM. Ve své praxi se zabývá prolínajícími se tématy udržitelnosti, rodiny a času, etiky a ekologie. Nejčastějším médiem je pro ni kresba, text a textil. Autorka aktivně vystavuje a věnuje se pedagogické činnosti.

The story tells of seven sisters who move in certain archetypes in the arid landscape of an unknown world, debating with each other in a language full of new forms and surviving in togetherness in an environmentally collapsing world. Collaboration celebrating the polyphony of voices is a fundamental pillar of this publication. The text is by Marie Tučková, the drawings and coloured watercolours are by Kristina Fingerland. Marie Tučková is a graduate of the Photography Studio I at UMPRUM and the Dutch Art Institute Art Praxis. She works in the media of text, performance, composition, video, drawing and installation. Her work explores the politics of listening, the hierarchy of voices, polyphony, various forms of collaboration and the overlapping of political and poetic language. She draws attention to the connection between the exploitation of nature and women's bodies. She is the recipient of the 2020 Jindřich Chalupecký Award.

Kristina Fingerlandová is a graduate of the Illustration and Graphic Design Studio at UMPRUM. Her practice deals with intersecting themes of sustainability, family and time, ethics and ecology. Her most common media are drawing, text and textiles. She actively exhibits and teaches.
