Projekt Zitková - Liesna rozpráva dva príbehy. Jeden je o neľahkom živote usadlíkov, ktorí obývajú región Kopanice. Ten druhý príbeh je o neutíchajúcej túžbe po poznaní a intímnom živote skupiny mladých dospelých, ktorí do tejto oblasti jazdia len ako chatári, za oddychom od povinností a stresu. Hranica medzi týmito dvoma skupinami je však na chvíľu taká tenká, že deliaca línia je takmer neviditeľná. So záujmom sledujú surový, ale o to pravdivejší život na kopaniciach, až sa sami stávajú rovnocennými usadlíkmi, ktorých dosiaľ nepoznané spôsoby si pomaly osvojujú. Večer po zotmení, rovnako ako hmyz krúžiaci okolo svetla, stretnú sa podľa starých zvykov spolu pri ohni a ich príbehy sa na pár chvíľ spoja.

The Zitková - Liesna project tells two stories. One is about the difficult life of the settlers who inhabit the Kopanice region. The other story is about the unquenchable desire for knowledge and the intimate life of a group of young adults who come to the area only as cottagers, for a break from their duties and stress. The line between the two groups, however, is so thin for a while that the dividing line is almost invisible. They watch with interest the raw but all the more true life on the hills until they themselves become equal settlers, whose hitherto unfamiliar ways they are slowly adopting. In the evening after dark, like the insects circling around the light, they meet together by the fire, according to the old custom, and their stories come together for a few moments.
